About this policy
This policy explains how I Mondal Photography & Film, a Kolkata-based wedding photography and filmmaking team, handles information through imondalphotography.com and its website enquiry service.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address. You may also provide a wedding date, venue or location, the services you are interested in and a message about your celebration. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or sensitive information about other people.
How we use your information
We use your enquiry to respond, discuss availability and services, prepare a proposal and communicate about your celebration. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell enquiry information or use Google user data for advertising, profiling or training general-purpose AI models.
Private WordPress storage
Fluent Forms stores submissions in the website’s WordPress database. These entries are private administrative records and are not published as website content. Submission records may include technical information such as the source page, submission time, IP address, browser and device details. Authorised website administrators can access entries for enquiry handling, maintenance and security. Copies may also exist in website backups.
Email notifications and Gmail
The website sends enquiry notifications to imondalphotography@gmail.com through WP Mail SMTP and the business’s authorised Gmail account. Notifications include the submitted information. The visitor’s email address is used as Reply-To so we can respond directly. Copies of notifications and correspondence may be retained in the business Gmail mailbox. Website hosting and email providers process information as necessary to provide their services.
Google OAuth and Google user data
Google OAuth connects the business’s own Gmail account to WP Mail SMTP. Visitors do not need to sign in with Google or grant access to their Gmail account to submit an enquiry. The current Gmail permission allows reading, composing, sending and permanently deleting email; the website integration uses this connection to send enquiry notifications and other authorised website email, not to browse, analyse or delete mailbox messages.
OAuth credentials and authorisation tokens are retained in the website’s server-side WordPress configuration for authenticated email delivery and are not displayed publicly. Email content, recipient addresses and delivery responses are processed only as needed for this function. The account owner can revoke the connection through Google Account permissions; revocation stops authenticated delivery but does not automatically remove existing submissions, messages or backups.
I Mondal Photography & Film’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google API data is not sold or shared for advertising. Access or disclosure is limited to providing the authorised service, user-authorised support, security needs or applicable legal obligations.
Hosting, security and retention
The website is hosted through Hostinger and uses HTTPS. Hosting systems and necessary cookies may support website operation, security and administration. External links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Google are governed by those services’ own policies.
We retain enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide agreed services, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect access, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Deleted records may remain in backups until those backups are replaced or expire.
Your requests and contact
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or to withdraw permission for future optional communications. We may need to verify the request and retain information where there is a legitimate recordkeeping or legal requirement.
