Website and enquiry terms
These terms apply to imondalphotography.com and its enquiry service, operated by I Mondal Photography & Film, a Kolkata-based wedding photography and filmmaking team serving Kolkata and across West Bengal. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use these services in accordance with these terms.
Enquiries and bookings
The enquiry form lets you ask about wedding photography, cinematic films and related services. Provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. An enquiry, automated receipt or email notification does not confirm availability, reserve a date, establish a booking or guarantee a response time.
Any booking, package, price, payment schedule, cancellation arrangement, delivery timeline or usage agreement must be confirmed separately in writing with our team. These website terms do not replace an agreed photography or filmmaking contract.
Acceptable use
Do not submit spam, fraudulent or unlawful content, impersonate someone, upload or send malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in the enquiry form.
Submission storage and communications
Enquiries are stored privately in WordPress through Fluent Forms and sent to our business Gmail account through WP Mail SMTP. We use the information to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The visitor’s submitted email address is used as Reply-To. Please ensure that address and your phone number are correct.
Email delivery depends on hosting, Google services and other networks. A successful form receipt confirms receipt by the website; it does not guarantee inbox placement or that a team member has already read your message. If you need to follow up, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Google account connection
The Gmail OAuth connection belongs to the business and supports authenticated website email. Visitors are not asked to authorise Google access. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in the website’s server-side configuration. Although Google’s current permission is broader than sending, the website integration uses it for authorised email delivery, not mailbox browsing or deletion. Data handling and Google Limited Use disclosures are described in our Privacy Policy.
Photography and website content
Photography, films, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing the website does not grant permission to copy, republish, commercially use or misrepresent that work. Contact us to request permission. Rights relating to a client’s commissioned work are governed by the separate agreement for that booking.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Google and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control their availability or policies.
Availability and responsibilities
We aim to keep the website accurate and accessible, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or outdated information can occur. Please confirm service details directly before relying on them for a booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and contact
We may update these website terms when the service changes. Updates will be shown on this page with a revised date and will not automatically amend an existing separately agreed booking contract.
